JT's On The Bay in Blue Point

The food was horrible. We are lucky we didn't get sick. I heard that the food was much better last year, but this year Yuck!! JT's please do better. The band was fantastic. No real parking, and a 1hr 1/2 wait for a table.

Absolutely horrible experience. The most disappointing and tasteless dishes we have ever had. Will never spend another dime on such unpleasant food.

We liked this place. Great juicy cheeseburger. Servers working hard in a very busy location.

It is Dog friendly so that's the 1st reason it's a pick for me. Secondly its very casual. I like the baked clams and summer fun Rum drinks!

Overpriced for what you get. Staff was very nice. Valet parking was unnecessary.

For a relatively hidden spot, it brings quite a crowd. Expect a little wait during summer nights/weekends. Service was good, food was prepared perfectly and was delicious. Dinner portions were great and drinks were also very good.

Fun if you own a boat it makes being on the bay fun something to boat too .food great .will have to visit by land .soon

Been here twice. Yesterday ... Expectations were exceeded. Valets were terrific. Bartender went out of his way to make special drinks. Food was good.Bring Shecky (musician) back when you can! 😊

This place is the one I like best. I eat in many restaurants but to this place I constantly return again and again. The crew is very welcoming and the food they cook is so flavorful. I never miss an opportunity to have a decent dinner in this place. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Great atmosphere and the specials were excellent. Just a small glitch when ordering beverages and the sides for my meal but was all good.

Best steak I've ever had in my life

Honestly, I’m quite upset with the food & cleanliness here. I asked my girl to be changed twice because both the original fork & the girl that they changed it for we’re not clean enough. My food lacked flavor & not to mention it was slightly cold. I will say that we had the most lovely waitress! She was so understanding & sweet! But unfortunately, I will never spend my money here again.

Great JT calamari with caprese salad all was so fresh & delicious. Manhattan clam chowder was so hearty. Good food!

Very nice little place. Clean, polite, good food, great out side sitting & eating especially if it is not raining. You are on a boat channel so you can watch the boats going in & out. Reminds me of being south in Florida, South Carolina, Georgia a bit

The menu and service were above my expectations. I surely liked the ambience of this spot. Great restaurant to take my family out for lunch.

Experience was nice. There was a pretty decent jazz band playing live. Awesome atmosphere with scenic views of the bay and boats docked along side the restaurant. Must have a reservation to get seated. Pictured is a broiled Lobster, Med-rare Filet Mignon, Corn on the cob, mashed potatoes (very good). JT’s a perfect place for date nite or even just to have drinks.

Excellent experience! Beautiful view & very friendly environment. Laid back vibes with top quality food and drinks. Location is perfect for a romantic walk on the pier after lunch/dinner.

I loved this place for the delicious bar fare, the views, smell of salty air, and the occasional mermaid who mysteriously sheds her tail in the parking lot somewhere, then orders a Blue Point beer. Priceless. Okay, there was only one mermaid or too many beers. I did a solo bike tour from Western Suffolk County to find refuge and refreshment here. Love this place. Seating outdoors or in. Awesome.

This is a terrific local restaurant with wonderful water views. We've been here several times, and each eating experience is better than the last. The staff are respectful and welcoming. The kitchen takes pride in all dishes served. When you order a roast turkey BLT, you get REAL turkey slices. There is nothing a customer can order that will be a disappointment. For a neighborhood 'local' restaurant, this place is excellent!!!

The atmosphere was nice, We were seated pretty quickly, but waited on the waitress for about 10 minutes before we were even approached. Then it took another 15 mins to get the 2 drinks and then another 30 minutes to get the entrees. The food was good but definitely overpriced for the portions.

Great food, great drinks, wonderful waitresses, but the bartenders could be a little more personable and friendly with the customers and not one juice head who just wants to talk with the waitresses and the other tall skinny guy with a bad attitude that you can just feel and bad people skills. Other that that great place!

hard working people doing the best they can !!!people should support just because they are working so hard,food ok drinks are real good oh and a live band good stuff right therego for a drink cause it's a good place to be! cool vibes

Two people I was with got very sick from the Salmon. Food was not good.

I was directed here because of similarity with Doug's Fish Fry in Skaneateles, NY. It's no Doug's Fish Fry by a long shot. Is JT's nice? Yes and food was good as in likey delivered by SYSCO, so technically you could get same food elsewhere, local pubs, restaurants etc. Don't get me wrong, place is pretty cool to eat at and hang out at and I would go again. Serving size on my fish and chips was a five star. If Google didn't "send me here" on basis of similar to Doug's Fish Fry I would not have been disappointed in the least. JTs will not disappoint you.

JTs on the bay has amazing views and wonderful food. The staff is bright and friendly. Wonderful place to spend a summer day!
